Description

Neschen Filmolux PP Sand 140µm: Self-adhesive, transparent and PVC-free protection film. Filmolux® PP sand increases the durability of film or paper-based digital printing media as well as photographs. The embossed surface ensures a high-quality finish and is suitable for floor advertising thanks to R9-certified slip resistance properties.

Filmolux® PP sand protects against mechanical damage, UV radiation, moisture, abrasion, and other harmful external environmental factors. With high heat resistance, dimensional stability and chemical resistance this media is a great choice for particularly demanding applications.

Filmolux® PP sand has an environmentally friendly, water-based adhesive and can be used both inside or outside. Fire protection certified to M1 according to NF P 92. Slip resistance certified to R9 according to DIN 51130.

PROCESSING & HANDLING:

• Especially when laminating inkjet prints care must be taken to ensure sufficient drying and completely curing of the inks. We recommend minimum of 24 hours
• Weather resistance even more can be improved by sealing the edges with outdoor proof varnish or laminating overlapping (approx 2cm wider than the exhibit). We recommend this especially for long-term application
• Possibly arising adhesive residues can be removed with help of denatured alcohol or benzene
