We deliver throughout the UK, including selected UK offshore territories, via DPD, Fedex, and our own van network. If you have specific delivery needs, then do contact our customer support team so we can offer the best solution for your needs.
If you’re ordering hardware, you can select box drop delivery, or you can choose extended services, which include ground floor placement of printers to the point of need or even full build, set up, and networking. If you have more complex requirements, such as difficult access or stairs, then let us know, we do have the tools & people to do this.

About the Consumable Delivery service – We ship your order using our own tracked fleet of vehicles which are manned by our own staff or DPD and Fedex with tracking details. If you’re a trade customer purchasing palletised media then a suitable freight service is used.
We carry extensive stocks between three UK warehouse locations and are additionally backed up by our OEM partners own stocks. We have access to over a million pounds of stock daily, which includes our own managed stock. If your item is particularly urgent then please let us know so we can advise you of stock level and estimated delivery time.

Our delivery model gives you the choice of an enhanced delivery including product placement right up to a full set up service. The basic service is just a one man crew who may require assistance from you when unloading.
Standard delivery – Your machine is dispatched to you by courier and can be delivered to a ground floor location. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient access is available into your building for delivery. The packaged product is then left with you to unpack, check, assemble, load inks and connect to your PC or network. As this is a one man delivery crew it maybe necessary for you to assist the driver to unload.

Placement Delivery – We will deliver the item to the point of need using a suitably manned crew. In some instances a four man crew will be used for larger, heavier items. We will build the stand, fit it to the machine, then remove the packaging from site. Assumes Ground Floor placement only, or where a suitable, accessible lift is available.

Full Delivery & Installation – Our placement service is further enhanced by the set up of the device to include the loading of inks, heads, media. We’ll carry out test prints, standard windows network connection & load print drivers to a single PC or assist IT managers to deploy drivers – for complex network installations and bespoke packages, please contact us before purchasing.

Plan filing Equipment
Cabinets
Delivery is only available for cabinets as an online option for UK Mainland customers and is ÂŁ20.00; contact us for other areas. Cabinets are often made to order, and as such, lead times may be longer.
Hangers, Trolleys and Wall carriers
Stock items are dispatched the same day if your order is placed before 1PM, if you wish to check on the shelf availability
UK Mainland deliveries – 24 hour (Scottish Highlands & IOW 48hr) – £12.95
Northern Ireland – 48 hour – £12.95 per 30kg
Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey – 72 Hour – £15.95 per 30kg
Import Duties
Purchasers are responsible for any payable local import duties, if these are not paid then goods will be returned and no refund will be given for our cost of delivery.

EU VAT registered businesses will be given the opportunity during the checkout process to provide a VAT number to qualify for a VAT free transaction.
We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund monies, this will be due to one of the following reasons:
- Where we are unable to deliver due to the address being residential
- If a generic email address has been used such as a hotmail or gmail account
- Where we are unable to confirm if the purchaser is a business or if the VAT number is genuine (Provision of a website address will be useful for verification)
- Credit cards which are unauthorised through the 3D Secure purchase system can also be a cause of rejection.
- Where an excessive amount of ink or toner is purchased. Or due to flight constrictions on such items.
In the event of rejection you will be informed and refunded immediately.
