Peace of mind warranties for your Wide-Format & 3D Printers…..

We supply, service, install and advise on various brands, offering direct support nationwide, including Northern Ireland. All forms of support are available under flexible contract terms or Time & Materials call out, both of which include quick telephone triage so we can identify your problem prior to a technician visiting.

We also offer OEM warranties so you can choose a branded service contract. In some instances, we’re the warranty provider, and you can have the assurance of a manufacturer’s warranty with the benefit of a UK help desk and be able to speak with a trained engineer directly.

Installation & Relocations

We’re experts at installing 3D & Wide-Format Printers, and of course, relocating them too. When buying hardware from us you can book installation at checkout – we offer mainland rates with a variety of choices. We also offer more complex installs, including crane & stair walker options.

The same options are available for relocation, even if you use your own transport, our engineers can attend the site to make the printers move-ready to ensure they work at the other end. We will, of course, include set-up at your new site.

Site moves – We have many construction companies who regularly move printers between sites. We offer custom contracts that include storage and redeployment. We can manage these fleets directly or on behalf of resellers as a white label service.

Service contracts

Our B2B team can offer a variety of tailored contracts, regardless of volumes, for bothWide-format and 3D Printers. In addition to Parts & Labour onsite, we can look at ink and print head inclusive contracts. Additionally, Quarterly, Monthly, and Fixed Term contracts are also possible, depending upon your budget & volume needs. This can also be extended to Paper-inclusive contracts.

If desired, remote monitoring for service and ink alerts are available on some models, connecting your wide-format printer directly to our service desk.

Non-Contract Repairs (Time & Material Call outs)

Contact us first for your 3D & Wide Format Printer repair. We can quickly establish the viability of repair without cost to you through telephone triage and advise likely cost of repair.

Additionally, you may find that even if your printer is not viable for repair, that you may gain some asset value back through our various trade-in schemes. In the case of HP DesignJet an old printer can be worth up to £1k, working or not!

Our Service teams are ISO9001 approved. RAMS are easily produced for installation and relocation work, and all our engineers are manufacturer-trained with directly sourced OEM Parts. We have separate 3D and Wide-Format Service Technicians so skill sets are assured.
