  • Description

A flexible platform for 2D, 3D designs, and BIM!

BricsCAD BIM V25 - Volume Perpetual from Current BIM w/ Annual Maintenance New (BIM-VL-COM-UPG-V25-1Y):

Enables customers to transition to the latest version, V25, while simultaneously activating a new 12-month maintenance contract. It is designed for network-based volume licence users who want to remain current without moving to a subscription model.

The package grants a perpetual licence for BricsCAD BIM V25, allowing unlimited use of the software without future subscription fees. This includes full access to all core BIM functionality, such as 3D modelling, IFC import/export, associative detail creation and AI-powered automation features. The V25 release brings performance improvements, enhanced section tools, and better integration with industry workflows.

Included in this product is a one-year Bricsys Maintenance contract, which gives users access to all updates released during the 12-month term. This includes both major version upgrades and minor improvements or security patches. Maintenance also provides direct access to Bricsys’ technical support services via the official support portal, ensuring enterprise-level support continuity.

This combined product is intended only for existing users of BricsCAD BIM perpetual volume licences who wish to upgrade to V25 and maintain full support and update access for one year. It is not valid for users on subscription plans or those without an existing BIM licence. Maintenance must be renewed annually to retain update and support benefits, though the V25 licence itself remains perpetual.

**PLEASE NOTE: THIS PERPETUAL LICENCE INCLUDES 1 YEAR OF MAINTENANCE ONLY. SHOULD YOU WISH TO CONTINUE WITH THIS ADDITIONAL SERVICE YOU WILL NEED TO PURCHASE A NEW MAINTENANCE PACKAGE ON COMPLETION OF THE TERM. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR PERPETUAL LICENCE**
