Terms and Conditions

The end-users purchasing a qualifying full commercial license of AutoCAD® LT 2012 (exclusions apply) between November 1st 2011 and Januaryr 13th 2011 (dates inclusive), and submitting a valid rebate redemption request qualify for a refund of GBP 250 per license in the United Kingdom and EUR 300 per license in other EEA countries or Switzerland, irrespective of the original purchase price.This promotion is valid in the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland only. Only companies established in the EEA or Switzerland and individuals resident in the EEA or Switzerland qualify for redemption of this voucher. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Eligible participants in the United Kingdom may apply for a rebate of up to GBP 250 per license, eligible participants in other EEA Member States and Switzerland may apply for a rebate of up to EUR 300 per license. No other payout currencies are available. The rebate applies to a maximum of five (5) single licenses of AutoCAD LT 2012 (exclusions apply) per purchaser. The rebate value and pay-out currency is
determined by Autodesk based on the customer’s place of business or place of residence, and not by the country of purchase.

The rebate can only be claimed by completing the online rebate form at
www.autodeskrebate.com/autocadlt with the relevant product purchase information including purchaser’s personal and company details, the Autodesk part number of the product licenses, serial number from the AutoCAD LT® software and quantity of licenses purchased. In addition, submission of a legible copy of the end-user’s original invoice or sales receipt dated from between August 1st 2011 and October 14th 2011 (dates are inclusive), including a description of the product licenses purchased, Autodesk part number and serial number of the product licenses purchased, quantity of licenses purchased, and the reseller name. The purchaser’s personal and company details indicated on the original invoice or sales receipt must match the personal and company details provided in the online rebate form at
www.autodeskrebate.com/autocadlt. Any information on purchase prices obtained by arvato will not be accessed by Autodesk. Incomplete, incorrect or missing information will cause the submission to be disqualified. Purchase orders will not be accepted as proof of purchase.

TO QUALIFY, THE COMPLETED ONLINE REBATE FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED, TOGETHER WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE, WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATE OF YOUR QUALIFYING PURCHASE INVOICE OR SALES RECEIPT, BUT IN ANY EVENT NO LATER THAN JANUARY 27TH 2012 .

Further, consent to receive marketing information is required (consent may subsequently be withdrawn by end-users at any time).

 INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT REDEMPTION REQUESTS CANNOT BE PROCESSED AND WILL BE REGARDED AS NULL AND VOID.

The AutoCAD LT® New Seat Rebate Promotion is not valid with, and cannot be combined with any other Autodesk offer, special pricing or other offers.

ANY CLAIMS SUBMITTED AFTER JANUARY 27th 2012 OR MORE THAN 30 CALENDAR DAYS FOLLOWING THE INVOICE DATE OF THE QUALIFYING PRODUCT PURCHASE WILL BE INELIGIBLE. DUPLICATE SUBMISSIONS WILL RENDER ALL SUBMISSIONS INELIGIBLE. STRICT AUDITING WILL OCCUR; INCOMPLETE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE DENIED AND ONLY SUBMISSION CORRECTIONS WITHIN THE QUALIFYING SUBMISSION PERIOD WILL BE RECONSIDERED.

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO EIGHT (8) WEEKS FOR PROCESSING AND PAYMENT OF YOUR REBATE CLAIM.

Eligible product licenses may not be returned for refund once the rebate form has been submitted to Autodesk. Without exception, after October 28th 2011, under no circumstance will rebate eligibility be considered, regardless of circumstance, even if the submission would have otherwise qualified. Materials received become the property of Autodesk and will not be returned.

The rebate will be paid out by a third party selected by arvato via bank transfer or cheque for deposit only. The currency of the pay-out or cheque (i.e. GBP or EUR) will be determined by Autodesk based on the customer location. PAYMENT WILL ONLY BE MADE TO BANK ACCOUNTS IN THE NAME OF THE PURCHASER; NO PAYMENT WILL BE MADE TO ANY THIRD PARTIES. Bank fees and charges applicable to bank transfers, cheque deposits and currency conversions may be deducted from the rebate value by the recipient’s bank. Bank transfers will be made only to EEA or Swiss companies or residents, and only to bank accounts with banks in the EEA or Switzerland. The rebate value cannot be applied towards future purchases.

AUTODESK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL, SUSPEND OR MODIFY PART OR THIS ENTIRE PROMOTION AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE, FOR ANY REASON IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION.
