Due to HP Designjet smart streams abilty to handle batch printing of PDF drawings / graphics it is neccesary to ensure your machine is a postscript model or that the relevant postscript key is purchased, unfortunately the trial or full version product will not run without this option. The HP designjet Z5400 is already postscript ready, other units are typically sold with the optional postscript but it is important you double check.
