Canon has announced an A2 addition to its graphics range: the imagePROGRAF PRO-1000, a desktop printer aimed at professional photographers and aspiring amateurs.
An A2 photo printer for the desktop

Plot-It tip: Pick your paper before your printer. If most of your work is fine art or baryta prints up to A2, a desktop model is plenty. If clients ask for panoramas or canvas wraps, plan for a 24in roll printer from the start.
