Backlit film is a specialist printable media designed for lightbox displays, menu boards, and illuminated signage. A PVC banner is a durable, weather-resistant material suited to long-term indoor or outdoor signage. A scrim banner includes a reinforced mesh core for extra strength, making it the better choice for larger prints, windy locations, or repeated installations. Both print well on selected wide format inkjet printers, offering excellent colour saturation and stability.
Polypropylene is a tear-resistant, water-resistant media with a smooth, bright surface. It’s ideal for roll-up banners, indoor signage, event graphics, and point-of-sale displays. Compared to paper-based alternatives, polypropylene offers superior durability without the weight or cost of PVC.
Printable boards and inkjet boards provide a printable, rigid base for display graphics, exhibition panels, POS signage, architectural presentations, and mounted photographs. They are especially useful when you need a clean, stable surface that doesn’t warp. These boards accept inkjet printing directly or can be mounted with printed media, depending on the application. Please check your printer’s specification for thickness and maximum weight.
Most photo paper rolls, poster paper, polypropylene, PVC banners, and scrim banners are designed for aqueous wide-format inkjet printers, but compatibility depends on the printer and ink type. Some materials are formulated for latex or eco-solvent devices only. Always check the recommended media type for your specific printer to ensure the best print quality and durability.
