Neschen PP Matt Backing 75µm: The environmentally friendly alternative to all-over white printing (UV & latex). The white PP matt backing film is made of polypropylene and is specially designed for environmentally friendly composite applications with transparent media. This eliminates the need of a full overprinting with white ink (UV or latex). PP matt backing thus reduces production time and costs (up to 50%).
PVC-free, transparent printing material with mirrored layout to create an environmentally friendly laminated composite media for use on shop windows. This media is applied to the inside of shop windows thus elimating potential damage through weather influence or vandalism.

APPLICATIONS:
- Developed as laminate onto mirror printed transparent PP or PET media. Replacing a full surface white ink topcoat!

- Universally application for indoor- and short-term outdoor use
PROCESSING & HANDLING:
- Especially when laminating inkjet prints care must be taken to ensure sufficient drying and completely curing of the inks. We recommend minimum of 24 hours .
- Weather resistance even more can be improved by sealing the edges with outdoor proof varnish or laminating overlapping (approx. 2cm wider than the exhibit). Recommended especially for long-term application.
- Possibly arising adhesive residues can be removed with help of denatured alcohol or benzene.
- When using application tapes only the low tack version is recommended
