Neschen Filmolux Photo Gloss 70µm: Boasting a new water-based adhesive offering superior adhesive power and noticeably improved water resistance compared to previous incarnations and can now also be used on a multitude types of media printed with UV-curable, latex and eco-solvent inks.
The excellent water resistant properties of the acrylate adhesive allow prints to have an outdoor permanence of up to two years and indoor applications up to eight years with guaranteed excellent optical characteristics.
The protection films are available in various widths and lengths as can be found in the 'Other available sizes' tab and are available with three different surface finishes.
- Filmolux Photo Gloss: The PE covering gives the adhesive an even structure and produces uniform lamination results.
- Filmolux Photo Satin: The satin-finish laminate (filmolux photo satin) prevents unwanted distracting reflections.
- Filmolux Photo Matt: Enhances colour brilliance without excessive reflection.

APPLICATIONS:
- Laminating-film for classical photos, inkjet- and digital print medias like paper, polyester, vinyl, etc.
- Suitable for indoor- and outdoor use
PROCESSING & HANDLING:
- Especially when laminating inkjet prints care must be taken to ensure sufficient drying and completely curing of the inks. We recommend minimum of 24 hours .
- Weather resistance even more can be improved by sealing the edges with outdoor proof varnish or laminating overlapping (approx.. 2cm wider than the exhibit). Recommended especially for long-term application.
- Possibly arising adhesive residues can be removed with help of denatured alcohol or benzene.
