You can choose 3, 4 and even 5 Year On-Site Parts & Labour Service, total warranty period encompasses the initial warranty period, as such a 3 year period is 3 years from time of hardware purchase.

In the event of a fault or simply for support, customers can call the our hotline support desk. If the issue can’t be resolved over the phone, or remotely, a qualified service engineer will be dispatched on-site by the next business day. Users also get access to a helpdesk.
