Yes – inkjet specific tracing paper can be used in wide-format printers when the printer supports lightweight translucent media. Always check your printer specifications and settings, but many plotting and CAD devices handle tracing media well for technical overlays and review prints.
Sewing pattern paper is a lightweight drafting media designed for fashion design and tailoring. At 60gsm and more opaque, it allows seamstresses, tailors and fashion designers to easily cut out pattern designs. Sewing pattern paper holds up better during handling.
