Gudy 831 Fine Art smooth is perfect for mounting on acid-free or handmade 100% cotton fibre papers. The narrow dimensions allow an easy and professional mounting of different passpartout cartons. Gudy 831 also offers a wide range of applications for bookbinders, restorers and printers. Best results are achieved with processing on roll laminators (Neschen PhotoLam, ColdLam, HotLam). Manual assembly is also possible.

PROCESSING & HANDLING:
- Note that most of the plastic sheets (Forex®, Simon®, Kömacel®, Polystyrol®) possibly have a special coating, which demonstrably reduce a clean application. Therefore it is essential to clean the surface with a suitable cleaning agent to get the surface dry as well as free of dust, grease and other contaminations. For cleaning we recommend a clean linen sheet, ethyl alcohol, benzine or a mild plastic cleaning agent. Cleaning agents often lead to embrittlement or matting of the surface, therefore own tests are mandatory.
- Please note that due to the multiple areas of application of this material (combined with various films, sheets of PVC or other application substrates) physically- determined dimensional fluctuation might occur that can possibly be triggered by fluctuations in temperature during processing and/or during actual application. For this reason, all specifications in our technical information are meant as references, and explicitly not intended as a basis for warranty or guarantee. Because it is impossible to test every possible print -application combination, we recommend customers conduct their own tests to see if the material is qualified for the actual end-use.
