With electric knife drive and high-performance rotary spindle the ELs series cutters are perfect for industrial productions with high cutting volumes of special or very solid materials in 1-30 mm thickness.
The unique design of the cutter equipped with millimetric ruler allows a safe and quick tool change, with the possibility of having two fixed blades always in position for the cutting of cardboards and Forex, alongside with to a third motorised 30.000 rpm tool for cutting methacrylate and Dibond up to 5mm thick, with creasing function for folding-only requirements.
Available in 155, 210 and 250cm heights the Sword ELs can reach speeds up to 24 metres per minute with a solid,extra large, base able to accommodate large size boards.
Equipped with a high-performance and high-precision motor, with a potentiometer that allows the operator to easily adjust the speed. The motorised movement enables a stable pressure on the cutting path, that results in great precision and lower blades consumption.
