The Neoweld series are also easy to use even for inexperienced operators with welding pulse technology offering an economical and space-saving alternative to high-frequency, ultrasonic and hot air technologies.
NeoWeld Pulse Welding Series in 1.3m, 1.6m or 2.3m are designed to meet the production needs of sign-makers and professionals in the digital printing, indoor/outdoor advertising and POS communication markets. Offering strong finishing the Neoweld is suitable both for welding hem pockets and for joining pieces of substrate.
The placement of PVC tape between the edges to be welded broadens applications to include polyester fabrics for soft-signage applications.
MAIN FEATURES:
- Equipped with a teflon coated welding element 1300mm long (model 130), 1650mm (model 165) or 2600mm (model 260)
- Features a range of temperatures from 70 to 250°c.
- Working pressure of 220Kg/cm.
- The operating cycle, both for the welding and cooling, is adjustable by the operator in up to 5 minutes.
- The control panel allows you to set, save and recall up to 20 welding programs, significantly reducing setup times and job change.
