CoverPlus Onsite service:
Service level – Target is for an engineer to be onsite to repair your Epson Product within 2 working days of call being received – This service also includes 1 print head set replacement per year for the period of the warranty extension.
CoverPlus does not cover replacement of items designated as maintenance items that have reached the end of their life such as maintenance cassettes & Cutter blades which are user replaceable.
