Important Installation Information
Please note the following requirement before installing the PF-03 printhead:
- During installation, the printer will display a warning message stating that a minimum of 40% ink level is required
- If any individual ink cartridge is below this level, the installation process cannot be completed
- It is critical to check ink levels in advance and order replacement ink cartridges at the same time if required
- You must install with genuine Canon ink to prevent failed install and warranty rejection
Failure to meet the ink level requirement will prevent the printhead installation from starting.
