LFM450 is compatible with ColorWave printers with CrystalPoint® technology. High quality print- modes are recommended for best results. To prevent wheel marks on the film’s surface, you must avoid images that require high toner coverage. It is recommended to handle the media with cotton gloves Make sure that the media comes not into contact with grease, oil, silicon, and dirt to avoid printing defects.

Insert media with care in the printers. Incorrect loading can cause skewing or creasing. Allow material to adapt to room conditions for 24 hours before printing. It is recommended to calibrate the printer before printing and to make a test print.

Print results will vary for different printers. Ink/toner restrictions and printer settings have to be set for specific printers to obtain the best results. Canon media profiles include recommended ink restrictions and printer settings for Canon supported printers.

The film can be easily mounted with and removed from double-sided adhesive tape without any problems. LFM450 can be used without lamination. However, we recommend protecting its surface if it is subject to abrasion or any other mechanical influences. The film has good lamination characteristics.

Make sure that prints are completely dry and that all solvents are evaporated before using LFM450 in Roll-up systems. It is recommended to let the prints dry at least 24 hours.
