This extended service plan continues protection beyond the genuine Canon warranty. It combines UK-based telephone support, fault diagnosis, remote technical assistance and on-site parts and labour cover for mainland UK customers.
Our in-house specialists assess faults and resolve issues remotely wherever possible. When a covered fault requires an engineer, our nationwide service team arranges an on-site visit under your selected plan.
Choose three, four or five years of total cover to plan for future servicing and repairs needs.
Compatible models:Â Canon imagePROGRAF TM-600, TM-610 and TM-615 only.
Not covered: Canon imagePROGRAF TM-610M multifunction printer.

Covered repairs use genuine Canon replacement parts to help maintain your printer’s reliability and performance.

Choose Three, Four or Five Years of Total Cover
Select the cover period that suits your intended ownership:
- Three-year plan: Total cover until the third anniversary of the printer purchase date
- Four-year plan:Â Â Total cover until the fourth anniversary of the printer purchase date.
- Five-year plan:Â Â Total cover until the fifth anniversary of the printer purchase date.
Each option includes the initial manufacturer’s warranty period. It does not add the selected number of years after that warranty expires.
For example, the three-year option provides three years of total protection from the original hardware purchase date.
