On-Site Repairs for Covered Faults
When remote troubleshooting cannot resolve a covered fault, our nationwide in-house service team arranges an engineer visit.
The plan includes parts and labour for covered on-site repairs at mainland UK locations, subject to the applicable service terms.
Genuine Canon replacement parts are used for covered repairs.
Choose Your Total Cover Period
PlotterCare extends protection beyond the genuine Canon warranty, with three options:
Three years:Â Total cover from the original hardware purchase date until its third anniversary.
Four years: Total cover from the original hardware purchase date until its fourth anniversary.
Five years:Â Total cover from the original hardware purchase date until its fifth anniversary.
The initial manufacturer’s warranty is included within your selected period.
For example, choosing five-year cover means five years in total from the original hardware purchase date. It does not mean five additional years after the Canon warranty ends.

An extended service plan helps you account for covered repairs throughout your selected ownership period.
Rather than arranging technical assistance only when something goes wrong, you have an established route to diagnosis, remote support and on-site repair.

- Canon imagePROGRAF TM-510
- Canon imagePROGRAF TM-515
The TM-510M multifunction printer is not eligible for this plan.
