Choose three or five years of cover for access to technical support, remote troubleshooting and on-site repairs. It’s a practical way to plan service costs and get help when a printer fault interrupts your work.

This plan is available for newly purchased:
- Canon imagePROGRAF TM-500
- Canon imagePROGRAF TM-510
- Canon imagePROGRAF TM-515
This plan does not cover the TM-510M MFP.
Technical support and on-site service
Contact the Canon support desk for advice, troubleshooting and help with printer faults.
If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone or remotely, the plan provides next-business-day on-site service from a qualified engineer, subject to the applicable service terms.
