Welcome to Plot it, the online sales division of the Stanford Marsh Group, the UK’s leading supplier of 3D & wide format printers, consumables, and service support, offering nationwide coverage under iso9001 by our own technicians. We are proud to have celebrated 60 years of business in 2025.
With a turnover of over £20 million, we are in a unique position to facilitate bridging the gap between the digital design office, the construction site, or the factory floor.
A little bit of history
Plot it’s parent company Stanford Marsh Ltd was formed.
Our Chairman, Mr Stanford Marsh began supplying architectural and technical draughtsmen with drawing office supplies and consumables such as drawing boards, technical pens and pre-printed drawing sheets, alongside Diazo printers and their associated consumables from premises in Arboretum Road, Worcester.
After much graft & hard work, in 1982 Mr Marsh’s growing team relocated to purpose-built offices in Buckholt Drive, Worcester and opened offices in Bristol & Wolverhampton.
Stanford Marsh become the sole UK distributor for Diazit, an American wide format printer manufacturer.
A manufacturing plant is established for the production of planfiling cabinets, superior design is recognized with a Design Label award and the brand quickly becomes established as the UK market leader. Xerox launches the first affordable A0 wide format plain paper copier, Stanford Marsh reposition away from chemical based systems to Xerox technology and become the number one supplier in the UK for Xerox wide format systems.
The late 80’s saw many changes in technology and the emergence of computer aided design. In 1993 Cadspec was established, our Autodesk software division, offering software, training, technical support and hardware/peripherals. Stanford Marsh begin to specialise in the supply of the new HP Designjet range.
2010 saw the launch of our dedicated 3D printer division.
Tri-Tech 3D offer the complete range of Stratasys Polyjet, FDM, SL, P3 & SAF 3D printing technologies, as well as resellers for One Click Metal, UltiMaker, imes-icore & ADDiTEC systems.
We have offices in Bristol, Derby, Motherwell (Scotland), London, Swansea (Wales) and are HQ’d in Worcester, employing over 100 people. National coverage is achieved through a robust delivery service & a network of directly employed home-based service engineers allowing us to cover all of the UK for Wide-Format & 3D printers along with CAD support and solutions.
