The highly durable natural of SiHL Durasol POS Banner 310 Satin (3608) 420g/m² / 310µm make this a particularly good choice for short/medium-term indoor and outdoor "Pop-up" exhibition wall and display applications. With flame-retardant, tear-resistant and waterproof properties this rough PVC base also boasts amazing colour reproduction and great image sharpness and definition on a surface coating with a very short drying time.

SiHL Durasol POS Banner 310 Satin (3608) 420g/m² / 310µm has exceptional dimensional stability and flatness allowing for easy handling and processing and is suitable for use with solvent and UVC ink systems.

The converting and storage should take place in a climate from 35 to 65% to relative humidity at a temperature from 10° to 30° C. Keep the product in the original packaging (cardboard box and PE bag). It is always recommended that cotton gloves be used when handling InkJet coated materials to avoid fingerprints.
The coating allows a very short drying time even with low heating temperatures on the printer. The heaters should be set at maximum 30°C to avoid waves. The water- fastness with solvent inks is excellent and the product can be used for long-term outdoor applications. The DuraSOL POS Banner is also suitable for the use with UV- curable printers. The product was tested with different UV curable inks from Colorspan and Zünd. The fixation of the ink to the surface is very strong and the UV-
Lamps should be run on reduced performance (low) to avoid high temperatures and a possible cracking of the inks. The print is water resistant. Depending on the ink used and the climatic changes, the outdoor stability may be reduced due to the brittleness of the ink (estimated 3 months without further rotection).
