Pricing is based on the equivalent manufacturers 5 Year service pack , giving you a lower up front cost and also if your needs change the ability to switch the plan off (if you pay upfront in one go you don't get the benefit of this!)

We supply and service wide format plan printing, plotting and Graphic Art printers including the HP Designjet range, Canon image PROGRAF, Epson Stylus PRO, Xerox, Oce, Kip & Ricoh LED wide format Printers.

We hold extensive stocks of parts and our engineering teams carry many high mortality parts with them, directly trained by the manufacturers you can be assured of the quality of our after sales care.

Customers with out contracts can purchase service on a time and materials basis but flexi service generally offers the best value for money with hotline telephone support and all parts included with in the contract.

Our contracts are based on the manufacturers warranty extension cost (plus some discount) as such you can opt for 3, 4 or 5 year plans dependant upon the make and model of Large Format Printer, although 5 year plans seem more expensive long term they are cheaper as at the end of year 3 the manufacturers considerably up cost - again making FLEXI a more attractive option.

You can cancel the plan as well by simply giving 3 months notice (if you upgrade to a new machine with us this is waived) again the benefit is not having to commit to buying a full term warranty upfront, so if your needs change you are not penalised.

If your a new customer who is purchasing hardware simply add FLEXI Service to your basket with your machine, we will take the first instalment with your hardware payment and then we'll send the contract to you for signing along with a DD instruction and a bubble badge with our Hotline number for you to apply to your machine.
