Delivery Information

Delivery to UK Mainland Only!

Our delivery pricing structure is for supply and delivery to mainland UK only with some exceptions in the Scottish Highlands (please contact us for pricing), we are unable to offer delivery and installs at this time in North Ireland, but please contact us if you are interested in any item on our site and we will try and assist you.

Consumables and Software

We dispatch stock items for orders received before 1pm, by either next day courier or using Royal Mail special delivery for smaller items. We guarantee next day delivery for orders placed before 1pm, for orders placed between 1-3pm we cannot guarantee next day delivery, but we usually manage it anyway! Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £5.95 per order.

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £15.00 per order.

Hardware

We have a range of delivery pricing levels which depend upon the machine type and your expectations; our goal is to offer a number of solutions to give you a complete peace of mind service. With any of the options you choose, we will contact you to discuss access, delivery times and any constraints you may have.

This is our standard option. Your machine is dispatched to you by courier and can be delivered to a ground floor location. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient access is available into your building for delivery. The packaged product is then left with you to unpack, check, assemble, load inks and connect to your PC or network. As this is a one man delivery crew it maybe necessary for you to assist the driver to unload. This option is not available on all products due to health and safety constraints.  £15.00

 

This is a placement delivery; we will deliver the item to the point of need using a suitably manned crew, in some instance a four man crew will be used for larger, heavier items. £195.00

 

We provide a placement delivery, assemble the equipment*, load ink or toner and do a test print from the hardware memory. We do not connect the device to a PC or network. Finally, we remove all packaging from site for disposal and recycling. £275.00

 

As above* but including network connection or connection to a PC and a test print. We will give you basic tuition including demonstrating ink and media changes. £405.00

 

* In some instances we deliver to point of need but install on the following day as for more complex systems install times can range from 3-5 hours or longer if the system has an online folding device.
